We’re moving right along in our five part series on project process. OK, so it’s more of a crawl really. Nevertheless, we’re onto discussing all of the wonderfully exciting elements of the design phase. As if that wasn’t enough of a good thing, the Tweak! site has received a bit of an upgrade. With a fresh new design in place, it’s the perfect way to kick off an episode dedicated to our favorite topic.
However, Josh is still an active creative entrepreneur and has founded a new agency called Full Creative.

For old times’ sake…
It’s a bit like dying in your sleep I suppose. Over the past two years listeners have observed Tweak! quietly slip into a deep sleep, and then a coma, and finally now the inevitable quiet of eternal slumber. I just recently opened up my Tweak! email account for the first time in over a year. I was surprised to find my inbox was still receiving emails from listeners. People were still listening, asking questions and encouraging me to continue the journey of Tweak!. It truly saddens me to officially come to grips that there isn’t a place in my life for Tweak! right now and that there may never be again. However, despite my mic being powered down, my journey has been anything but quiet.
When I made the decision to stop producing episodes two years ago it was because my life was on the brink of immense change. It was just days from my first daughter’s birth (yeah I have two beautiful girls now), and I’d also just learned that my father would be leaving this world in a very short time. His departure along with the arrival of my next daughter were game changers for me, and I had to make a choice to focus on some things and to let other things be. Tweak!, unfortunately, was in the latter category.
I’m proud to say that I am still successfully freelancing full time. I’m actually in the beginning stages of starting up a design agency and hopefully writing a new and exciting chapter in my career as a designer as I move into a role as a creative director. And, while I may not be podcasting anymore I’d love to hear from you with any thoughts/questions/ideas you may want to share. Please feel free to drop me a line anytime at josh@falloutmedia.com or chat me on Skype (falloutmedia). Take care and thanks for listening.
